Application Steps to Join

1.  Start by filling out the application form below. This should only about 10 minutes.  You will receive an email confirmation.

2.  After you submit your application place a $250 USD deposit to hold your spot.

3. Give us some time to review your application/background. We want to make sure that people who join our trips are a good fit (and that the trip is a good fit for them!).  We usually reply within two days.

4. The balance of your event fee will be due within 30 days of your deposit unless other arrangements are made (just ask). You will receive a ‘welcome email’ and an invoice after you are accepted. You will also receive group emails and invitations to online briefing sessions we hold (these are also recorded in case you can’t make them).

5. We send monthly emails to all team members and hold web based briefings once we are 6 months out. As we get closer to the event we will ask you to upload a scan of your passport, a passport picture, and also flight and insurance information.
