  • Kathmandu Valley Rim Trail

  • Annapurna Circuit
    • Start in Besisahar – finish in Naya Pul and follow New Annapurna Trekking Trails.
      • Leuteris Paraskeuas of 2d20h22m (68:22). Solo, self-supported, route unclear except starting/finishing in Besi to Nayapul.  Report on Trail Running Nepal.
      • November, 2017: Women’s Solo Self-Supported FKT: Suzanne (Sunny) Stroeer  in 3 days, 23 hours and 39 minutes. Besisahar to Naya Pul. Details published here.
        • Patricia Franco and Taylor in fall 2016. Pair self-supported from Besi to Nayapul. Went around in ‘four days, fourteen hours, and 45 minutes’  (110:45 hours) Trip Report | Proboard Report

    • Start and Finish is at the Middle Fork Trailhead outside Seattle, WA. Find your own way between Hi-Low and Nordrum Lakes
